Mid .NET Developer
IVER is a leading Nordic IT and cloud transformation partner, delivering secure and innovative solutions in operations, cybersecurity, and cloud services. As part of the Iver group, Iver Polska acts as a technology and innovation hub, closely collaborating with the headquarters in Sweden.
The Sales Team is Iver’s development squad focusing on invoicing, agreements and customer data management. It takes up the input from the inventory management squads, prepares that for billing, applies pricing and agreements to provide revenue while retaining customer transparency. From a direct customer interfaces by Iver Customer Portal, thru between the squads data integrations to the automations allowing high impact & performance compute.
One of team members was elevated to join the Iver Tech Platform team. While remaining in the company, team is in need of a development support to continue scoring high on quality and performance of deliveries. Team is spanned over Poland and Sweden operating in Kanban form, with the CIO development set up in "Spotify Model" of squads and guilds.
SALARY:
11 000 - 17 000 PLN gross/month Permanent
78 - 121 PLN net/hour B2B
13 200 - 20 400 PLN net/month B2B
YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
Sales Services
Develop and maintain Sales services
Co-create the internal and external Iver Portal Apps
Own reliability, performance, and observability of domain components
Enable AI compatibily and automation for Iver services
Implement and maintain OpenTelemetry-based observability across services
Infrastructure & Architecture
Work at hybrid private cloud namespace level: resource allocation, networking, isolation
Maintain GitOps workflows
Design multi-tennant scalable and efficient microservice ecosystem
Contribute to the Iver Playbook practices
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Production experience with C#/.NET
Kubernetes or OpenShift experience in a production environment
Designing and reviewing distributed systems
English on a strong communicative level, conversational & technical
Team‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU KNOW/HAVE:
Solid knowledge of Blazor / Razor UI's
Postgres / Redis / Elastic / RabbitMQ exposure
AI-assisted development (Copilot/Claude/other)
OpenTelemetry instrumentation experience
Track record of project or team-scoped leadership capabilities
