In Gdansk we focus on developing and deploying high quality software for our mother-company and the clients. We implement the new generation tools for business processes like provisioning, monitoring, billing, asset management, etc.
We work on commercial systems and open source solutions.

2016
Office in Gdańsk
DGC Polska office opened in Starter. We equpied the office and starter recruitment process.
2017
All aboard!
The successful recruitment finished and we started working on the projects.
2019
IVER
DGC cooperation with other companies resulted in creating a new brand. In 2019 thanks to the formation of Candidator, Solid Park and DGC we all have become one brand: IVER.
Altogether we hire around 900 employees is 20 branches.
2020
Remote work
The pandemic forced us to work remotely on a daily basis. However, we keep on doing great work and stay positive!
2021
Hybrid workplace
We can work from office and home. Sometimes it’s good to meet face-to-face at the office, and other times it’s better to work remotely.
About Iver Polska
Iver is one of the leading Swedish IT services providers. The software department in Gdańsk serves the Swedish headquarters as the nearshoring technology and innovation center. We implement known processes in a brand new way. We deliver user friendly tools that make other people’s life easier, like billing, ticket, or asset management systems.
We started in 2016 as DGC Polska – a branch of the Swedish company DGC Access located in Stockholm. DGC was established in Sweden in 1987.
Our clients are mainly Swedish governmental institutions and private businesses.
